| Artwork is accepted for
treatment on the basis that its value and that of any
prints or duplicates made by FlashBack Photos Ltd. from
it does not exceed the current retail cost of the
material itself. FlashBack Photos Ltd. liability for loss
or damage is accordingly limited to replacement of the
artwork and no other liability will be accepted for loss
or damage consequential or otherwise caused. We undertake work for our Customer on the understanding that they have legal title to any copyright involved and they shall be liable for any expense arising out of the infringement of copyright should the above not be the case. Payment of 30% of the final cost is due on quotation. After assessing the viability of the restoration work we send the Customer a proof of the work. Upon acceptance the proof needs returning to FlashBack Photos with the balance of the payment. All work is kept on file for the duration of one year and re-prints may be ordered at current prices. In the case of queries or complaint we must be notified within ten days after the date of dispatch and the relevant work must be returned together with the original artwork. Work is dispatched first class recorded or as requested by the Customer at the Customers cost We suggest that in the case of a particularly valuable artwork, it is sent registered insured to the stated value. We will return the work insured upon request and payment. |
